Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to over 25 countries worldwide including Canada, the UK, Australia, and more. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. ForeverShades Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ForeverShades Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first contact your local post office or carrier. Then reach out to us at forevershades18@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ForeverShades Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at forevershades18@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.
